Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Intelligence (BI) Lead with a strong foundation in AI, ML, SQL, and statistics. The ideal candidate will lead our BI team and be responsible for defining the BI strategy, overseeing the development of dashboards and reports, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role requires expertise in AI and ML, the ability to lead a high-performing BI team, and hands-on experience in preparing reports and analytics dashboards.

 Define and execute the BI strategy, incorporating AI and ML capabilities, to align with

organizational goals and objectives.

 Lead a team of BI analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring high-quality

deliverables.

 Partner with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs and

provide solutions.

 Design and develop complex BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data

visualizations.

 Oversee the data architecture and data modeling process to ensure data integrity and

quality.

 Lead the evaluation and selection of BI tools and technologies, with a focus on AI and ML

integration.

 Develop and maintain documentation for BI processes, standards, and best practices.

 Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in BI, AI, and ML to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, MIS, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

 Proven experience in leading BI teams and implementing BI solutions.

 Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, with proficiency in AI and ML

integration.

 Strong knowledge of SQL, statistics, and data analysis techniques.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

 Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

 Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

 Must have the ability to join within one month.
