About the Roles :
We are on the hunt for a seasoned Manager in Business Development, someone with a proven track record of 3-4 years in the travel industry. The role is perfect for those skilled in forging long-lasting partnerships, excelling in strategic negotiations, and managing high-value accounts with finesse.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build and sustain high-level conversations and relationships with business partners.
Innovate and negotiate impactful commercial strategies to maximize revenue streams.
Foster synergistic relations between partners and internal stakeholders to create products that resonate with customers.
Analyze market trends and deliver actionable insights to internal teams.
Take charge of the profit and growth metrics within the B2C/B2B framework for the relevant travel sector.
Work closely with the product development teams to scope out and deliver on new requirements.
Proactively resolve operational challenges by facilitating communication between teams and vendors.
Lead the charge on integrating and testing new travel products, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Advocate and assist in the adoption of new products alongside the growth and customer service teams, adhering to industry-leading practices.
Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships that contribute to our steady growth.
Maintain a pulse on the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role :
A robust background with 2-3 years in roles focused on Business Development, Partnerships, or Alliances, preferably within the travel industry, totaling 3-4 years of experience.
Exceptional interpersonal prowess to influence partnerships at the highest corporate levels.
Masterful negotiation skills paired with the ability to bridge connections across various organizational levels.
Articulate in communication, demonstrating the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable formats.
A proactive initiator, ready to bring innovative and groundbreaking ideas to life.
A detail-oriented strategist with a profound understanding of leveraging technology for business growth.
Education : Post Graduate preferred MBA .
