About Team:
This team provides PG accounting, cost allocations and analysis, recons, audit compliances, periodic closing of financial results, monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to concerned teams.
About the role:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals to be part of our PG Finance team to drive the Accounting and Finance related operations which includes Accounting of Receivables / Payables, B2C Collections, Merchant Payouts, Overall Nodal reconciliation, Bankreconciliations, Inter Company Settlements and Cost, revenue analysis, Periodic closing of accounts, Control Accounts etc.
Expectations/Requirements:
1. Maintaining appropriate balance and transfer surplus fund from escrow/ nodal account.
2. Daily accounting for collection, revenue, expense, payouts, funding and netting off.
3. Understanding of Game of skill or chance Reconciliation of Cash-in, collection and PG charges with Payment Gateway aggregators reports on daily basis.
4.Reconciliation of Payouts and Payout charges with Payout service providers reports on daily basis.
5. Reconciliation of TDS with PG and Payout service providers and collection of TDS.
6.Preparation and reconciliation of user liability reports on daily basis.
7. Preparation of revenue and expenditure MIS and any other MIS required on weekly basis.
8. Preparation of audit schedule for expenditure on monthly basis.
9. Provide data for audit as required by auditors (Internal and Statutory).
10. Verification and control on Foreign subsidiary income and expenditures e.g. payroll, reimbursement, revenue calculation and other related expenditure.
12. Strict timelines for month end closing.Handle work pressure and meet timelines for the work.
Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role:
1. 3-6 years of experience in an Accounts Receivables role.
2. Knowledge of taxes like GST, TDS & Income Tax.
3. Filing of TDS return and generation of GST reports.
4. Must have extensive knowledge of SAP, Tally, ERP9
5. Invoice booking, bank payments & statutory bookings.
6. Should possess overall accounting knowledge, return filing process & payments process.
7. Proficient in excel.
Education:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business management, finance, operations, or related field
