Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Should manage all PPC efforts, end-to-end
  • Should identify, measure, track, optimise and improve all key health indicators for PPC campaigns
  • Should be able to derive actionable insights from standard campaign KPIs
  • Should have clear knowledge of A/B tests, multivariate tests and other forms of experiments that can help improve campaign performance
  • Should have complete understanding of the key similarities and differences between common ad platforms
  • Should have the ability to identify the right target audiences based on the campaign brief & past data
  • Should contribute to expansion of digital campaign portfolio of the company
  • Should be able to drive organic growth by identifying and executing the right opportunities for short, medium and long term SEO
  • Should have good understanding of content marketing and its use in PPC
  • Should be able to share number backed insights to improve standards of content being promoted by the brand as well as clients


  • Should have thorough knowledge of Meta & Google ads, including their algorithms
  • Should have thorough knowledge of Google Analytics and other common analytical tools
  • Should have at least 3 years of experience of having executed and managed PPC campaigns, preferably for multiple brands
  • Must have thorough knowledge of standard digital marketing KPIs and their implications for various industries
  • Should have a fairly good understanding of other aspects of digital marketing such as email marketing, influencer marketing etc.
  • Should be extremely comfortable with data analysis
  • Should be extremely proficient with MS excel, Google sheets
  • Should have thorough understanding of SEO
