This will be a revenue function. The candidate will lead Sponsorship & Sales for all key markets of West & South. The Brand partnerships lead will be responsible for the development, implementation, and fulfilment of sponsorship sales numbers & Targets at Paytm Insider. This key role is responsible for establishing the strategies and philosophies that will drive the sales and plans to achieve targeted revenue objectives, ensuring that decisions drive the long-term success of the department and Paytm Insider.


  • ·Create sponsorship opportunities for events + Ips in the live domain across music, comedy, lifestyle space.
  • · Get brand briefs towards Ips & sponsorships in the live dvision.
  • ·Achieve the stipulated region target for the organization.
  • ·Cultivate and manage strong business relationships with current and potential sponsors.
  • ·Ensure Market outreach to all potential advertisers.
  • ·Meet and exceed projections, schedules, and timelines provided by the organization.
  • ·Identify and prioritize sponsorship opportunities including, but not limited to, all brand deliverables.
  • ·Manage Sponsor, Partner & agency relationships via quality communication.
  • ·Contact prospective companies and individuals to initiate the sales effort. Follow up on leads generated.
  • ·Schedule meetings and prepare, customize, and present sponsorship sales proposals to potential sponsors & partner agency's.
  • ·Negotiate and compile sales contracts and agreements.
  • ·Deliver requested information to potential sponsors in a timely manner.
  • ·Lead or assist in the negotiations of building sponsors.
  • ·Have sound understanding of media landscape, live business + digital ecosystem.
  • ·Traits - Dynamic, vivacious , proactive candidate willing to work with one of the aspirational brands in Live entertainment space.
  • ·Ensure seamless servicing for all partner brands at the events.
  • ·Work in collaboration with all internal stakeholders.

Required skills:

  • 7+ years of Media sales experience is a must
  • Hustler & dynamic
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Creative, decisive.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Independent worker with limited supervision needed.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Able to multitask on a regular basis.
