About Team :
QR & Sound Box is one of Paytm‘s business tools to help merchants grow and manage their business through simplicity and data-driven technology. This team is responsible for growing the penetration of Paytm’s QR Code & Sound Box business in Indian merchants.Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR/Soundbox deployment. Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations. Formulate and Launch the counter strategy for local initiatives taken up by the competition. Plan the market size, span and geographies by the team.
Responsibilities :
1. Engaging with Premium merchants like portfolio tracking, merchant communication, and ensuring service is delivered in the assigned area for assigned merchants.
2. Meeting sales targets of multiple payment solutions such as QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, point of sales software, insurance, and other financial products
3. Ensuring product penetration along with revenue growth.
4. Enabling the new business line and promoting the brand in the marketplace.
5. Track and attend to merchant's grievances and ensure its resolved on time.
6. Plan and execution of day-to-day activities along with the team and Review team’s deliverables.
7. Gathering consistent feedback from the market for existing offerings and insights into the competition
8. Deployment of products and articulation of benefits & best practices at client locations Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention Who are we looking for.
9. Self-starters, who can take ownership without hand holding and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, will be an ideal fit
10. Passionate about working in a fast-growing firm and ready to get their hands dirty.

Criteria :
1. Graduates / Postgraduates can Apply.
2. A smartphone with an understanding of operating systems and applications is a must.
3. Age limit from 18- 35 years.
4. Vehicle (Two-Wheeler) along with Driving license
