Responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand creative solutions that connect our online / offline experiences, platform technology, with our partner brands. In this Creative Strategist role, you’ll spearhead pre-sale ideation to dream up original, impactful, high-performing campaigns and ideas that span video, social, experiential, and more…will work closely with marketing, sales, account management, and other teams on case to case basis.
Ideating creative, impactful campaigns for projects that span experiential, video content, social, and more
Creating innovative pitches for interactive ideas, on ground brand integrations that elevate the consumer experience and increase brand recall
To represent these ideas in a visually compelling manner through brand focused presentations
Offering creative solutions for advertiser needs based on our platforms inventory and products
Utilising data to conceive of content themes, formats, and more to develop performance-driven program ideas that feel organic for brands and Ips
Create and implement content strategies that align with marketing goals and target audience needs. Analyze content performance and user engagement to optimize future content.
Participating in brainstorms big and small, from high-budget projects to daily thought starter ideation sessions
Writing persuasive, on-brand pitches for marketing proposals to bring your ideas to life
Responding to client and partner feedback with new solutions & pitches
Speaking on pre-sale client and/or agency calls to help pitch ideas or gather adequate information for the ideation process
Researching and promoting new products or tools internally to make fresh, innovative, never-been-done-before ideas possible
Assisting with the sales and pitch process

Requirements & Skills

  • 10+ years conceptualising and / or content strategy experience
  • Experience with the RFP process and/or working with multiple teams within a sales-focused organisation
  • Background in content creation and experiential marketing
  • A finger on the pulse in the media space, with strong social-media instincts and ability to stay on top of what’s new and fresh
  • Strong creative writing skills to whip up a quippy pitch, an inspiring introduction, or a social-first idea
  • Ability to think and write through the lens of our brands’ different voices and identities
  • Experience and passion for creating exciting programs brands across various categories and target audiences
  • Next-level organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen ability to meet hard deadlines and keep track of multiple projects
