At Paytm Insider, we are looking for someone who will be responsible for managing and optimizing the sales operations of our fixed venues through events. This role involves overseeing venue bookings, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that all sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and venue management, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase venue bookings and sales through ticketed events.
Manage contracts, negotiations, agreements and bids.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing venues at Insider.
Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct site visits and tours for prospective clients, showcasing venue features and benefits.
Venue Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of fixed venues, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure venues are prepared for events.
Ensure venue details are updated with the team.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to attract and engage potential clients.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote venues and generate leads.
Budget and Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets for fixed venues, ensuring profitability.
Monitor expenses and revenues, making adjustments as necessary to meet financial goals.
Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the event Industry in Account Management. Minimum 5 years in Sales.


  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in the local language/languages of the region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of helping achieve sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Working Conditions:
