Requirements:
You are a dynamic problem solver, driven by a passion for data and the compelling narratives it reveals.
Constantly challenging the status quo, you possess a keen ability to understand and navigate its complexities.
3-5 Years of experience working as Growth Analyst/Business Analyst in an e-commerce or similar domain (Mandatory).
Graduates/Post Grads from Tier 1/2 colleges with Engineering, Management/ Finance background are preferred.
Strong working knowledge in SQL, Excel and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau.
Understanding of Data-analysis languages like R/Python in core Statistical Concepts is expected.
Support the development, execution and optimization of growth campaigns across various channels to enhance user acquisition, engagement and retention.
Familiar with CRM platforms like Clevertap/Mo-engage.
Develop and implement sophisticated customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts, enhance targeting accuracy, and drive impactful engagement.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Business, Finance, Product, Tech to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.
