About the Team: 3P Online
To enable seamless payment on 3P Online merchants. This team is instrumental in growing the Paytm UPI penetration across 3P Online merchants through deeper engagement and growth initiatives with key merchant partners.
About the Role:
We are looking for a growth manager for accelerating the core category metrics and user numbers.
Expectations/Requirements:
Build strong relationship with key merchant partners to drive Paytm's objectives and identify newer growth avenues
Segment customer base on various transactional/behavioural features & design effective 'reach out' programs for them in the form of marketing campaigns
Manage end to end consumer life cycle management for the business vertical
Monitor customer funnel & identify new levers of growth and apply them to the business
Suggest new features/product innovations whenever necessary basis understanding of consumer behaviour
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and take ownership right from ideation to implementation
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Should have ‌relevant‌ ‌experience‌ ‌in‌ ‌Consumer‌ ‌internet‌ ‌industry‌ ‌in‌ ‌similar‌ ‌roles‌ ‌across‌ ‌‌Growth‌, Partnerships. Program Management.‌ Exp should be in between 4-6 years
Must‌ ‌be‌ ‌data‌ ‌driven‌ ‌with‌ ‌strong‌ ‌problem‌ ‌solving‌ ‌and‌ ‌analytical‌ ‌skills‌ ‌● High‌ ‌degree‌ ‌of‌ ‌ownership‌ ‌in‌ ‌taking‌ ‌things‌ ‌to‌ ‌completion‌ ‌
Ability‌ ‌to‌ ‌multitask‌ ‌and‌ ‌work‌ ‌on‌ ‌diverse‌ ‌range‌ ‌of‌ ‌requirements‌ ‌
Excellent‌ ‌communication‌ ‌skills‌ ‌with‌ ‌ability‌ ‌to‌ ‌handle‌ ‌complex‌ ‌negotiations‌ ‌● Prior‌ ‌experience‌ ‌in‌ ‌e-commerce‌ ‌industry‌ ‌is‌ ‌a‌ ‌plus‌ ‌
● MBA from tier-1 institute is preferred
