pay via Paytm Payment Instruments (PPI) like Paytm Wallet, Paytm UPI, Paytm Payments Bank Net
banking, Paytm FASTag and Paytm Postpaid - Buy Now, Pay Later. To merchants, Paytm offers
acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR, and Payment Gateway where payment aggregation is done
through PPI and also other banks' financial instruments. To further enhance merchants' business, Paytm
offers merchants commerce services through advertising and the Paytm Mini app store. Operating on
this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans
and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

Expectations/ Requirements
1.HR Analytics & Dashboards
2. Responsible for HR Analytics and various functional dashboards/presentations as required by
management.
3.Grievance Redressal
4· Handling escalation for employee’s grievances across all entities pertaining to Exit and HRIS for on
roll.
5· Making sure all the grievances are addressed within a timeframe with resolutions.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role :
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Analytics is highly preferred.
2. Good understanding of HR Technology / Systems understanding Analytical.
3. Should be Solution-oriented.
4. Attention to detail
5. Should have managed HR Tech projects.
6. Must have HR Domain details understanding.
