About the role:
The Catalogue & BTL Manager is responsible for Operator On-boarding along with managing and optimizing bus Inventory listings.This role involves ensuring accurate product data, consistent content quality, and visually appealing presentation to enhance customer experience and drive online sales. The Manager will collaborate with various internal teams, such as Product, Tech, Growth, and BD, to keep the bus catalog up to date and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities-
On-boarding & Catalog Operations: Prompt in making the onboarding of Operators based on BD requests. Ensure the sanctity of CRM, Mentainr repository of Operator details with the exact track record.
Effective coverage of operators and respective Services with RNR.
Monitoring the quantum of reviews and ratings at the Operator level. Evaluate how complete the service information is, including details like amenities, ratings, reviews, and location information.
Mapping: RTC, Independent GDS & SP unmapped cities mapping to be performed. The target is to keep unmapped cities <5%
Assess the quality of service descriptions, images, and other content elements.
Maintain and update the bus catalog on the Paytm Platform
Ensure all routes & services are accurately listed with complete and up-to-date information (descriptions, specifications, images, prices, Mapping etc.).
Ensure the execution of platform properties using the CRM tools
Collaborate with the BD, Operator, Service Providers & product and tech teams to develop engaging and accurate Inventory descriptions on the Paytm Platform.
Regularly review and improve the visual representation of services & routes (images, Ad properties to enhance the customer experience & conversions.
Benchmarking of the supply parity, rate parity &content parity across OTA’s
Track key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Regularly audit to ensure all listings are accurate and consistent with the brand’s guidelines.
Check for any Pricing errors, Technical errors, or missing inventory, and correct them as needed.
Respond to BD, Operator & Service Provider inquiries related to Onboarding of New or Old onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in catalogue management & BTL in e-commerce /Food commerce.
-Experience of managing a Team- 3-4 People
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets and ensure accuracy.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Redbus
- Excellent Excel skills for data handling and analysis.
- Proficient in Excel to derive data analsyis.
