Expectations/ Requirements: We are looking for a Campaign Operations Manager for accelerating the core growth metrics and user numbers for Credit Card business. The role specifically focuses on initiatives planned through CRM channels – Push, Whatsapp, SMS, Email, In-app. If you are passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant towards marketing campaigns, love extreme attention to content & design detail and care about how your work impacts millions of users daily, we want you!
Responsibilities:
-Configure and implement all planned campaigns and ensure timely go-live as per planned marketing calendar
-Work with central design and marketing team to create highly engaging creative and content to optimize CTR and conversions-Designing and carry out experiments and A/B testing, to optimize conversion across the user funnel
-Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics using marketing analytics tools
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, traffic and business, to ensure alignment and effective execution
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
-2 to 4 years’ experience with marketing and web analytics tools like CleverTap, Moengage, Mix panel or in-house tools
- Advanced knowledge of Clevertap or similar tools and its features like Journeys, Recurring campaigns, event based triggers
- Experience in marketing automation and communication personalisation
- Understanding of marketing analytics and metrics of campaign performance including concepts like impression, CTR, UTM, attribution, conversion funnels and control groups
- Experience working with content teams to draft effective and engaging communications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
