About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join Paytm as a Team Lead for our Sales - Offline Merchsants - QR vertical in the Haryana region. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for building and managing a team, driving merchant onboarding for Paytm’s key products like QR Codes, Soundbox, and EDC devices, and ensuring territory growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, recruit, and manage a team of 10–15 field executives within your locality.
Drive merchant acquisition and onboarding in your assigned territory (Kaithal, Yamuna Nagar, Jhajjar).
Create and execute action plans to meet onboarding and revenue targets.
Provide training, motivation, and field support to your team to ensure high performance.
Manage team performance through regular reviews and coaching.
Maintain strong market intelligence by tracking competitor activities and customer feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate (mandatory).
- Preferably based in Kaithal, Yamuna Nagar, or Jhajjar.
- Experience in sales, field operations, Merchant Onboarding and team management
- Strong leadership qualities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to build and manage a local team network.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
