About the role

As the first in role, you’ll build a deep understanding of our customers and translate those insights to meaningful stories. You’ll build trusting relationships; lead our customer advisory board; create programs and content campaigns; craft case studies and testimonials. We have a long list of customers ready to sing our product praises, all we need to do is give them the mic.

What you will do
  • Create compelling stories that highlight how we empower our customers

  • Establish strategic relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Build, manage, and distribute customer content including testimonials, interviews, reviews, case studies, etc.

  • Represent the customer internally and advocate for them

  • Integrate the customer voice into everything we do including comms, social, digital, demand generation, sales, and customer success

  • Manage customer marketing initiatives and events such as conferences, newsletters, webinars, swag programs, Customer Advisory Boards, etc.

  • Identify areas of improvement across all GTM programs, content, and channels— from messaging and positioning on product landing pages to lifecycle campaigns

  • Define the short-term and long-term goals for the customer marketing program, and clearly communicate progress and KPIs to the executive team

What you will need
  • 7+ years of experience managing Customer Marketing programs at a high-growth B2B SaaS company

  • Experience in various research methods ranging from interviews and customer panels to data-driven surveys and qualitative studies

  • An understanding of how to leverage the customer voice to drive business growth

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messaging

  • Proven ability to develop deep relationships and influence cross-functional teams

  • Results-oriented with the proven ability to measure impact of customer marketing initiatives and programs

  • Strong team building experience and project management skills

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your locationhere.

  • Tier 1: $155,000 - $210,000/year

  • Tier 2: $139,000 - $189,000/year

  • Tier 3: $131,000 - $179,000/year

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
