About Rippling
Rippling is the first way for businesses to manage all of their HR & IT—payroll, benefits, computers, apps, and more—in one unified workforce platform.
By connecting every business system to one source of truth for employee data, businesses can automate all of the manual work they normally need to do to make employee changes. Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can just click a button and set up a new employees’ payroll, health insurance, work computer, and third-party apps—like Slack, Zoom, and Office 365—all within 90 seconds.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $700M from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, and Bedrock—and was named one of America’s best startup employers by Forbes (#12 out of 500).
About the role

The Hub Platform team is responsible for the products and frameworks that showcase the value of seamlessly integrating HR, IT, Finance, and third-party applications together into one unified platform, which we call Rippling Unity. The team owns application building blocks like reporting & data visualization, automated workflows, permissions, approvals, policies, search, notifications, and a unified data platform that powers it all. Unity products include components that are leveraged and embedded in other Rippling products, along with full-stack Unity products that are used by end Rippling customers. As a Product Lead, you’ll define what to build in order to solve customer problems in a way that allows us to succeed as a business. We do this by distilling insights from key stakeholders across the company, user research, product-generated data, and competitive analysis. These insights allow us to prioritize the features we work on, which we define end to end with our design and engineering counterparts, to create a product roadmap. As the features on this roadmap get developed, we partner with the appropriate teams to make sure that they are properly launched and set up to be successfully sold, serviced, and supported. We iterate on these features using data and customer feedback to make sure that they fulfill and exceed the original product goals.
