Senior Business Systems Analyst

Rippling is looking for a passionate Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our Financial Systems team. As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing a top-tier financial technology stack that directly contributes to Rippling's revenue growth. We are searching for an individual who is dedicated to innovation and possesses a strategic mindset with a comprehensive understanding of financial technology and data automation.
Technical SME for all system activities for enterprise wide system implementations, enhancements, and integration projects
Work closely with business stakeholders, business systems, and engineering teams to develop scalable solutions to solve business problems
Assist in the execution of automated accounting processes during monthly and quarterly closings, specifically related to production orders, accounting tasks, and compliance controls in accordance with SOX regulations. This includes conducting variance analysis, performing account reconciliations, and documenting policies as required.
Build technical/implementation documentation that clearly articulates implementation requirements as well as business justification
Ensure that our financial data is accurate and reliable, and develop processes to reconcile, monitor, and maintain data quality
Collaborate with the Finance team to execute and iterate on strategic initiatives that support revenue and business operations
Build data automation using tools such as Snowflake, Census, and Netsuite ensuring data is captured and processed efficiently
5 - 7 years of experience with implementing and managing Business Applications
Experience with ERP finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Costing, and Budgets
Netsuite ERP Certified or 3-5 years of Netsuite experience in an implementation /development capacity
Experience with SQL, Snowflake, ETL/data pipelines
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel)
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with attention to scalability and efficiency
Excellent project management and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
