Sales Development Representative, Outbound Channel (Hybrid)
- Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape
- Channel Partner Identification: Research and pinpoint potential partners aligned with business goals.
- Outbound Outreach: Execute strategic cold-calls, craft compelling emails, and leverage LinkedIn to initiate contact, presenting Rippling's value proposition.
- Sales Qualification: Apply proven methodologies to qualify potential partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Metrics Tracking: Maintain precise records of partner interactions in the CRM system. Track and report daily KPIs for outbound initiative success.
- BA/BS Degree preferred
- Proven experience in outbound sales development or channel partner management
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with others and work cross functionally among different teams at Rippling
- Desire to join competitive team based environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Knowledge of HRIS and understanding of partner ecosystems is a plus

This role will receive a competitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity. The On-Target Earnings* for US-based employees will be 70/30 commission split for base/variable pay.
