About the role
We are excited about what Rippling offers to our customers and are looking for an Equity Administrator who will manage the Company’s equity programs and will participate in various high impact projects supporting the Corporate Accounting team. This role will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing documentation, and reporting equity rewards. The Equity Administrator reports to the Director of Corporate Accounting.
What you will do
  • Accurately and efficiently handle the day-to-day administration of the company’s stock plans globally, interfacing with business partners on supporting matters of equity compensation, payroll tax withholding, financial forecasting, tax support, and legal

  • Process all activity including grants, exercises, and share issuances in compliance with current regulations

  • Support month-end close process to record and review equity related transactions

  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness and integrity of all equity data in equity system of record;

  • Reconcile and perform auditing procedures relating to equity transactions to ensure accuracy and quality control in the equity management system

  • Communicate to employees and resolve employee issues or concerns as appropriate

  • Assist external auditors with audits upon request and implement controls, as needed

  • Support execution of all Equity Compliance requirements both US and internationally

What you will need
  • 5+ years’ experience in global equity compensation administration, finance, accounting, or other related position

  • Strong Excel skills and understanding how systems work end-to-end, ability to leverage complex formulas and modeling

  • Great customer service, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills

  • Excellent project management and analytical skills with strong attention to detail

  • Experience with Equity Compensation Platforms (Shareworks, Carta)

  • Experience with implementation of Equity Compensation Platforms preferred
