Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

  • Identify critical business services and contribute to resilience assessments.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk evaluations for new and existing outsourced functions.
  • Enhance the operational risk framework and align reporting with evolving regulations.
  • Investigate payments operations risk events, perform root cause analyses, and maintain incident logs.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects to integrate regional and local operational needs with global shared services.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements related to outsourcing, operational resilience, and incident management.
  • Drive operational efficiency across e-money operations.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between regional/local operations and global shared services.

What you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years experience with e-money and payments operations, including experience with outsourcing frameworks, operational resilience, and incident management.
  • Strong operational risk management experience, including a track record in monitoring risk indicators and identifying strategies to bring exposures to within tolerance.
  • Previous experience working in a multinational or US-headquartered business
  • Proven success in building and developing relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Adaptable, positive, and solutions-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
