We have a long-term goal to make marketing on TV available to businesses of any size.

Tatari is looking for a scrappy and dedicated Office Coordinator to join the team in San Francisco. In this position, you will be exposed to all aspects of PeopleOperations at Tatari and gain experience in benefits administration, onboarding, company culture, just to name a few. day is the same and you thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all-thing SF office management, including but not limited to, office moves, facility organization, ordering snacks or lunches, planning and executing team building events—no task is too big or small. You are the first point of contact in SF for Tatari employees, candidates, any stakeholders, and SF office related vendors.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager of PeopleOps on benefits administration and onboarding.
  • Work closely with the PeopleOps team on various adhoc projects, including event planning and execution, updating the Tatari Intranet, managing vendor contact, etc.
  • Be proactive in anticipating, identifying, and executing improvements in our day-to-day workflow, including understanding the technology and workarounds in our office ecosystem (i.e. troubleshoot office gear, work with internal departments (e.g. IT) to ensure that the office is running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Ability to be in the office daily--this is not a remote position–it is office management after all.
  • Bachelor degree from a 4-year college/university.
  • 2+ years of office management experience for a start-up including 1+ year of benefits administration.
  • Experience with vendor management for office operations.
  • Attention to detail with awareness and anticipation.
  • Ability to multitask; juggle competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency (a.k.a. a swiss army knife).
  • Desire to solve problems with effective and efficient solutions …"GSD" attitude!
  • You have strong technical and troubleshooting skills, prior experience utilizing G Suite, Slack and Office 365
