We are actively seeking an individual to join Tatari as an early member of the new team. This role will be at the intersection of our Ukrainian and American teams, necessitating someone who is ready to embrace new challenges while comfortably handling routine tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and expand API integration between projects to improve project interaction.
• Serve as a liaison between the Ukrainian and American development teams, facilitating collaboration and communication.
• Demonstrate a high degree of independence as one of the initial team members
• Independently handle assigned tasks and the available codebase, ensuring efficient progress.
• Architect and drive the development of new web application features.
• Collaborate across the organization on system architecture, technology, and scaling decisions.
• Design relational and non-relational data models for optimal storage, retrieval, and complex processing/calculations.
• Participate in technical architecture discussions and peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to understand and design new analytic capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Upper-intermediate verbal and written levels in English – you will be working with engineers in the United States
• 3+ years building Backend Web Applications. Fullstack experience is nice to have
• 3+ years developing software with object-oriented and/or functional programming languages - Python required, other languages are nice to have
• Experience with common Python libraries: SqlAlchemy, Flask, Requests, Pandas
• 3+ years with a modern data stack (Postgres, MySql, RDS, Redshift, etc.)
• Deep SQL and data modeling expertise (ORM, SqlAlchemy or similar)
• Experience working across the organization delivering on large impact initiatives
• Nice to have - Distributed computing expertise (Spark, Pyspark, Databricks, Kafka)
• Nice to have - ClickHouse experience
• Nice to have - React/GraphQL other front end / middleware framework experience
• Nice to have - Javascript / CSS experience
