Tatari is looking for a part-time (15-20/week) Workday Administrator to join the team. In this position, you will report to Sr Manager, HR and be responsible for Tatari’s Workday system to ensure business continuity. This is a contractor position.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities.
• Maintaining and building small solutions to solve business problems and ensure end-user experience. Including systems configuration and troubleshooting.
• Provide support to internal Workday users.
• Develop and maintain documentation on Workday processes.
• Work with IT when necessary to implement security and integration features.
• Bonus: experience with payroll and bonus payments, including hourly

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Workday administration, bonus for payroll
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into operational requirements
• Understand HR business processes and operations as required
• Ability to priority workload and provide timely follow-up and resolutions
• Proficient with Google Suite
