Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Absence and Time and Labor Analyst

Responsibilities:

Work closely with HR department and other stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, creating user stories and functional requirements documentation.

Have a deep understanding and hands on experience of the Oracle Fusion HCM system and its various modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor.

Having knowledge on some of these modules Oracle Fusion Payroll, Talent Management, Learn, Compensation Helpdesk is a plus

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, user manuals, and test scripts.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that customizations and integrations meet business requirements, using Agile software development methodologies.

Test and validate new systems and customizations prior to implementation UAT, using the test scripts provided.

Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the solutions are functioning correctly

Create 'no code' reports (OTBI) and dashboards to support HR decision-making and reporting needs.

Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the system.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in the field of Oracle HCM.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

At least 2-3 years of experience as a business systems analyst or a similar role working with Oracle Fusion HCM systems.

1 to 2 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations exposure with hands on experience in Fusion Absence, Time and Labor module is a plus.

Strong knowledge of HR business processes and best practices.

Extensive in depth and hands on experience with Oracle HCM modules, such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor is a must.

Functional knowledge on some of these modules Oracle Fusion Payroll, Talent Management, Learn, Compensation Helpdesk is a plus

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
